Can't turn brain off: First things first. Stay out of bed until you are sleepy (not tired). Avoid caffeine after 1 pm. Commit to " good sleep hygiene". A warm glass of milk sometimes helps (tryptophan). If all that does not solve the problem it makes sense to tell your doctor about this. Sleep tight.
