Energy drinks: I would let your body metabolize the stimulant you've already ingested and avoid energy drinks/caffeine for a while. Eventually it will get out of your system and you'll be able to sleep. Take this as a learning experience as too many energy drinks can cause even more severe symptoms. I see several in the er every year.
