ok so i  am 9 weeks pregnate and just ate vegetable lasagna and not  thinking to read the ingredients... is rye, tritcale and oat flour safe???

Enjoy...: Unless you personally have specific issues with rye, wheat, and oat (such as celiac- which I doubt or you would have known not to eat lasagna), then you have nothing to be concerned about after eating those ingredients.  Congratulations on the pregnancy.

i haven't eaten white flour,  rice, desserts and salan for 10 days but i haven't lost a kilo.. why is that so?  i'm really upset :(

Weight loss: Weight gain or loss depends on a very simple rule which is calories in vs calories out. You have to look at the total calories for the day and how much you burn. Starving yourself will put your body into starvation mode where it becomes more efficient and stores any extra calories as fat. The key is to eat a balance diet at frequent intervals without skipping any meals with regular exercise.

if a person completely changes their diet...no fried foods nothing with white flour and only drinks water. does that warrant losing ten lbs a month?

Maybe: If you do those things and keep the calories to 1200kcal a day as well as doing 90 minutes of moderate exercise every day you will lose weight. If you cut out fried foods and white flour but are eating 2500 kcal a day and not exercising, you will not lose weight.

Not normal: This is not a normal reaction to eliminating white flower.  You may be having a sugar level that gets too low.  Try adding back some sugar in your diet.

Congratulations!: That is a little rapid and it will probably slow down. Initially when you stop eating toxic foods, the inflammation in the body reduces. Inflammation causes damage to your tissues and causes edema or excess water stuck between the cells, muscles and organs. As the inflammation reduces the edema resolves and you lose water weight rapidly. The fat will come off more slowly.

Bake it instead: Grilled or baked fish is way less fattening than fried fish. The frying itself more than triples the calories, and they are the worst kind of calories, oxidized fat. It will not be a good food to eat if you are concerned about body composition.

Most raw foods are: More nutritious.  Cooking de-natures the enzymes in food, especially in the micro.  Raw foods are harder to digest.  Par-boiling or soaking in water is a good way to go.  Please be sure anything you eat is thoroughly washed.  Peace and good health.
