Weight loss: Weight gain or loss depends on a very simple rule which is calories in vs calories out. You have to look at the total calories for the day and how much you burn. Starving yourself will put your body into starvation mode where it becomes more efficient and stores any extra calories as fat. The key is to eat a balance diet at frequent intervals without skipping any meals with regular exercise.
