Congratulations!: That is a little rapid and it will probably slow down. Initially when you stop eating toxic foods, the inflammation in the body reduces. Inflammation causes damage to your tissues and causes edema or excess water stuck between the cells, muscles and organs. As the inflammation reduces the edema resolves and you lose water weight rapidly. The fat will come off more slowly.

Yes, sounds right: You are doing very well. To lose 3lb per week means you have reduce about 10, 000 cal per week or 1500 per day. So if your maintenance is 3200 cal per day (10 cal/lb), then you were only eating 1700 cal per day. Good job.
