Be healthy: You'll see a million of different tips and plans for "anti-aging".  But in the end, there is a reason so many exist, because nothing stands head and shoulders above the rest.  Your best be is to live healthy.  Sleep well. Eat well, avoiding processed foods and focusing on veggies and fruits.  Don't smoke.  Minimize alcohol.  Avoid washing too much or harsh cleaners.

Rumbles in the tum: If you drink too fast you swallow a lot of air and that will cause it

also its a liquid drink and it sloshes around and that can cause it

Vegetarian diet: is too broad a question for HT.  In general, B 12 is often low in vegetarians so people often supplement w/SUBLINGUAL B12, not the kind you swallow.  If you eat dairy that will help but w/out dairy you are more at risk for low protein if you don't know how to combine foods properly.  A nutritionist is the best person to see.
