Be healthy: You'll see a million of different tips and plans for "anti-aging". But in the end, there is a reason so many exist, because nothing stands head and shoulders above the rest. Your best be is to live healthy. Sleep well. Eat well, avoiding processed foods and focusing on veggies and fruits. Don't smoke. Minimize alcohol. Avoid washing too much or harsh cleaners.
