i am thinking of changing my lifestyle since i don't eat healthy and green foods. would it be bad for me if i just stop eating meats and other fatty and unhealthy foods right away? thank you?

: Get guidance from a nutritionist. There various nutrients in meets and other foods you might exclude that are just as important for health as vegetables. Vegetarians who grow up in that lifestyle learn to accommodate those needs but if you just stop &amp; eat vegies you will eventually develop nutritional deficiencies than can impair health.

Food-based multi: A food based multi from your natural foods store makes the most sense as it is all derived from fruits and vegetables. There are also delicious tasting greens powders that can be made into smoothies (into which you can also hide plenty of veggies by adding banana or green apple).  I see no negative effects except occasional upset stomach from multi which doesn't happen if you take it with food.

Get counseling: Your issues have a strong chance of not only shortening your life but creating a lot of misery. While exercise can help, the most important change to make is to eat healthy. Decreasing 500cal/day will give you a 1lb wt loss in 1wk; drink water (1/2 your body weight), eat small meals about 150-200cal 2-4x/(depending on your metabolism rate) and 500cal/meal at night: lean protein/veggies; avoid carbs, .

You want to make sure your doctor does labs to check for Insulin resistance(a1c, insulin, c-peptide), thyroid(tsh, free t4), cholesterol, cbc, cmp - if indicated. In addition you want to be sure you don't have any physical condition that needs to be addressed, such as problems with heart, lungs, joints, spleen, etc.
