A 34-year-old male asked:
i'm not a good eater, don't eat healthy at all, wife said would it be ok to take a multivitamin twice a day, just vitamins/no minerals?

A multivitamin: Contains the minimum daily requirements of the vitamins, not the maximum. Taking two a day will not harm you. However, taking the time to develop a healthy and enjoyable eating plan will help your general health and well-being tremendously for a lifetime. Join with your wife in developing excellent nutrition habits together. There are abundant tasty choices that are healthy and easy. Enjoy!
