Food-based multi: A food based multi from your natural foods store makes the most sense as it is all derived from fruits and vegetables. There are also delicious tasting greens powders that can be made into smoothies (into which you can also hide plenty of veggies by adding banana or green apple). I see no negative effects except occasional upset stomach from multi which doesn't happen if you take it with food.
