I am thinking of changing my lifestyle since i don't eat healthy and green foods. would it be bad for me if i just stop eating meats and other fatty and unhealthy foods right away? thank you?

Get guidance from a nutritionist. There various nutrients in meets and other foods you might exclude that are just as important for health as vegetables. Vegetarians who grow up in that lifestyle learn to accommodate those needs but if you just stop & eat vegies you will eventually develop nutritional deficiencies than can impair health.
