Yes it could.: We'll get evaluated by a spinal specialist.  If your spondylolisthesis is associated with a herniated disc for example, it could lead to pins/needles and pain down the legs. You need to see a spine specialist for examination and treatment. The first line of treatment focuses on physical therapy, nsaids, and possibly epidural injections.

Nerve irritation: This could be a couple different nerves that are irritated. It could be stemming from an irritated nerve in your back that wraps around and innervates the area. If you do not have an back pain, you may also have something called meralgia parasthetica. This can be caused by tight fitting pants or obesity with a panus. Recommend seeing a pain or physiatrist doc who could diagnose based exam.

Most of the time is self limited and improves over time. Medications like lyrica, (pregabalin) gabapentin, Cymbalta or Amitriptyline may help. Check with your physician for proper diagnosis.
