Positional: 40's female w. paresthesias in one leg while sleeping needs osteopathic and neurologic evaluations to discover source of intermittent neural tract impingement. Such symptoms can arise from sleep postures that torque a lax sacroiliac joint; arousing pre-sacral plexus impingement manifest as paresthesias.
