No clue! Get seen!: These symptoms are not normal and if they are always positional (with lying down), then i strongly recommend you see your pcp, neurologist, neurosurgeon, orthopedist or other appropriate health care professional and get a proper diagnosis and proper treatment. I would not delay this.
