Blood vessels: Hi What you're describing is due to your blood vessels constricting (narrowing), possibly "Raynaud's phenomenon." Our bodies do this normally in response to things like cold but in some individuals, the degree of constriction can be severe and easily triggered. Avoiding triggers is the simplest thing to try. There are medical treatments available as well. Hope this helps
