Neural impingement: 41 yo awakens with leg paresthesia as sleep surface ground forces torque her bony pelvic girdle. Sacroiliac joint ligament laxity & subluxation incites pre-sacral plexus impingement of neural tracts that beget her sciatic nerve; arousing paresthesias reflective of intermittent & functional neural impingement. Organic stenosis would arouse constant radiculopathy characteristic of neuropathic pain.
