i have pain on the gum in the area where i had a molar removed a year ago. the dentist said i could have a bone spur can that be the cause of bad pain?

A bone spur is a: possibility along with inflammation, infection,underlying cyst. Perhaps  a CT scan or MRI of that area is in order to detect the cause of the pain. Hope your pain goes away before you gobble up on that turkey. Best wishes!

severe abdominal pain and severe pain on both ovary sides. could this be caused by the mirena? this is my second mirena. first one i had in for less that a year. dr found follicular cyst. had to do surgery. the replaced old one with a new mirena.

Cysts: Certainly the Mirena could be a factor. Mirena changes the hormonal state of your body and this can have an effect on producing ovarian cysts. Given your history this would likely explain your symptoms.

my 5 year old son has tubes in his ears. he swam a lot today and without researching/reading, i put swimmers ear drops in his ear. he had really bad pain. afterwards i read that it can cause permanent hearing loss. is it common with 1 application?

Doctor can examine to see if there is a mass of some kind in the abdomen or pelvis. Sometimes an infection, an unusually-located appendicitis, a kidney or ovary problem, or some sort of tumor can cause such pains.
