Good day, since 1:30 am i all of a sudden got a severe pain in my one ear so badly i couldnt sleep anymore. pressure makes it feel slightly better but it feels like the suction pressure causes makes it hurt badly to release pressure. i feel nauseas.

Ear pain: That type of ear pain is characteristic of an inflamed/infected ear drum. A physician should examine your ear for diagnosis and treatment. In the meantime apply warm compress to the ear and take Tylenol or, if you can, ibuprofen or naproxen which may not be advisable in view of nausea.
