Hi in the last year maybe 7 or 8 times i get really bad pain on my right hip it's achey pain and seems to go when sitting or lying on it what is this it happens in the morning except for when it happened just now a 4am what is the cause and what todo?

Hip pain: At your age there are many possible causes. Some are relatively benign and some are more serious. You should have a hip exam by a healthcare provider and hip x-rays. This will rule out the more serious hip problems. Various forms of bursitis are treated with physical therapy and medications like ibuprofen.
