: Maybe/not. Your available skin that would covered it and underlying blood vessels must not be under the type of stress/tension that interferes with healthy blood flow. The implant could create major problems. You need to work with the breast surgeon to understand what is reasonable for your body type/frame.

Good question: For purely cosmetic enhancement, i generally would not consider performing a breast augmentation on a females under the age of 18.  Could there be exceptions?  Perhaps, but i haven't seen any i'd pursue.

Breast Augmentation: Breast augmentation is a generally safe, effective, outpatient procedure performed under moderate sedation or general anesthesia. Age only plays a role in so far as it affects your ability to safely undergo the associated anesthesia and may have more problems healing.

Good question : It all depends on expectations.  I have had patients regret staying in the same cup size.  You may want to consider c cup.

Not sure: I am not sure what you mean by "protected".Removal of breast implants is usually only done when there is a problem. So your problem is then solved, but I am not sure that imparts "protection". I'm sorry, but i would need more info before i could give a more complete answer.

Possibly: Yes. It is possible to alter or affect breast growth. A mature breast size may not yet have been achieved and further growth may occur. Possible damage to nerves or the breast ducts may also occur although this can occur at any age.

2 weeks minimum: Under the muscle augmnetation -> take it easy for 1 to 2 weeks.  No heavy lifting for a month, but i'd go over all of this with your doc.  He/she may have different recovery recommendations.

Yes,but why ?: A chest x-ray can be obtained at any time as needed and will be interpreted based on the history of the patient. If you have implants they will change the x-ray picture & the doctor will see the implants & take them into account during interpretation.They obscure less when looking at a side view x-ray.

Implant Size: There is no one answer for what size is too big or small. The size depends on your desires and your aesthetic ideals. There are also potential anatomic limitations having to do with how much breast tissue you have and how much stretch your skin can tolerate. Seek consultation from a plastic surgeon.
