Maybe/not. Your available skin that would covered it and underlying blood vessels must not be under the type of stress/tension that interferes with healthy blood flow. The implant could create major problems. You need to work with the breast surgeon to understand what is reasonable for your body type/frame.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Depending on the size of implant you want, your doctor may go through more than one step. It would be prudent to consult more than one plastic surgeon. May I add that larger breasts are unlikely to solve any issue with your psyche.
