Eat healthy diet: Eat good foods, try to get some catch up sleep on the weekends, try to find some time to take a break and do something relaxing and enjoyable.  You might want to take a daily multivitamin and essential minerals also.  Remember moderation in all things and avoid extremes.

Should be ok: Prolonged courses of fluoroquinolones can be associated with tendinitis but we do not generally restrict activities during use.

Warm ups : warm up and cool down and increase exercise gradually. Also keep yourself well hydrated and have adequate glucose / carbs in your diet before exercise

Walking, running ...: Brisk walking is a great starting exercise to start your routine.  Jogging, swimming, dance and martial arts are other types of exercise great for toning and aerobic exercise.  If you like team sports, consider joining a softball, volleyball, basketball team.  There are many options depending upon what you like to do!

See you take : Fluoxetine, Ativan ; Buspar (buspirone) but don't know what condition (s) is being treated. Inattention can be related to many problems (depression, anxiety, substance use) in addition to attention deficit disorder. Encourage a comprehensive psychiatric assessment ; possibly pyschological testing to determine cause of your inattention. Take care.

: Angina is low on the list of many things that cause these symptoms at that age. If they are interfering with her activities, it is worth a visit to her doc to sort out the many possibilities. A full review of the history of symptom emergence, intensity, duration and quality of pain, factors that increase or reduce intensity, etc. are all part of the initial evaluation. Some testing is also needed.

Not necessary: Sports drinks are not medically necessary unless the child is involved in highly cardiovascular  (running, swimming, soccer, basketball, etc) sports for over an hour at a time.  If so a sports drink can help replete electrolytes lost thru sweating.  However stopping every 20 min or so for water breaks is better.  Sports drinks contain a lot of sugar- think of them as a snack, not as health food.

Also exercise improve the chances of quitting smoking in smokers, improve cognitive function and reduce stress, anxiety, and depression
