Having a hard time staying focused in class when taking notes, listening to discussions, &noticed it with school work. & i get easily distracted. also have issue when playin sports. could i have add?

Inattention can be related to many problems (depression, anxiety, substance use) in addition to attention deficit disorder. Encourage a comprehensive psychiatric assessment ; possibly pyschological testing to determine cause of your inattention. Take care.
