A member asked:

If cost/insurance were not an issue, would you recommend combo prp/topaz coblation for chronic plantar fasciitis that hasn't responded to treatment?

Yes: They both have the possibility of improving plantar fasciitis. Placental stem cells also may be beneficial but are expensive.

Platelet Rich Plasma: PRP or platelet rich plasma injection is very effective for a number of indications. These include facial rejuvenation, hair regrowth, sexual rejuvenation, healing musculoskeletal injuries and arthritis, and more. PRP or platelet rich plasma is excellent for plantar fasciitis. I recommend it.
