Cold Laser: As a stand alone therapy, it may not be adequate as a treatment. Plantar fasciitis is a complex condition with both biomechanical and metabolic influences. As such, we address the biomechanics with stretching exercises, muscle strengthening and orthotics. We address the inflammation by supporting the pathways of detoxification and cellular repair. This makes for the best long term result.
