Simple solution: Stretch the bottoms of both feet several times per day for long-term relief and prevention of this. Place a wood rolling pin or similar item under foot while sitting and roll foot back and forth to stretch fascia. Also stretch calf and hamstring muscles

I : Have had very good results. I use a a large gauge needle with multiple injections . A local block is necessary so there is no pain.
