Foreskin: It can occur at almost any age, it usually occurs with the normal erections that stretch the foreskin gradually. It may need some manual stretching at times by pulling the foreskin back gently and bringing it forward. If you are unable to do that, see the pediatrician or a urologist to determine if there is any concern.
