Hi im 17 and am uncircumsiced with the forskin still attached to the head. there is no phimosis as ther is no pain when i retract the skin unless i fully pull it over the head. at what age should the frenelum naturally detach from the tip?

frenulum is attached to the bottom of the head (glans) and does not detach. Pl don't try to do it
