Im 41. tubes tied. heavy periods. anemic. had a pelvic ultrasound and it said along with a most likely large polyp, it says endometrial thickness: 1.91 cm. is that concerning?

Yes, of course it is "concerning" since the polyp likely is contributing to your heavy periods and anemia. Keep working with your doctor about other details, e.g. treatment (surgery?). Good luck.
