I'm 62. I've had had post menopausal bleeding for years. I've had 3 D&Cs. Due to thickened uterine lining. The last one removed polyp and fibroid. I've had bleeding again but ultrasound showed normal. What now?
Im 41. Had D&C due to heavy bleeding and polyps and gynecologist gave me Lysteda but nothing to prevent this from happening again like preventing fibroids or polyps. Ultrasound showed EMS was 1.6 cm on day 11 of cycle. Shouldnt more be done?

49 yrs f, MRI & ultrasound show 2 small fibroids & cervical polyp. Dr. Sez hvy pain bleeding is caused by hormone flux . Could it b endometriosis ?
My periods are pretty normal with heaviest days on day 1&2 occasionally. I do also have mid cycle bleeding /spotting occasionally too. I had two ultrasounds suggesting possible polyp. I hope it's wrong. Do polyps always have heavy bleeding?
