Thank you. if there is a finding of underlying myometrial mass found in pelvic/transvaginal ultrasound, is this considered fibroid or polyp? will this mass go away on its own? it is 1.8x1.6 cm in size. possible it can go away before menopause?

I had a transvaginal ultrasound that showed a 6cm mass in lower uterus near cervix. It states that the mass is atypical of fibroid. Whats this mean?
Can a "us transvaginal test" identify if an adnexal mass may represent a pedunculated fibroid or other adnexal mass? If not, which test would? There is also a trace amount of nonspecific free pelvic fluid. Thanks?
