1.81cm most likely uterine polyp. endometrial thickness is 19.1mm. 41 yrs old. anemic. horrible periods, other symptoms. scheduled for d&c, ablation, hysterectomy. family history of uterine cancer. chances mine could be cancer?

A cancer would be unusual in these circumstances. The D&C is done to rule that out and the family history does not increase the concern. A hysterectomy would not be done with an ablation. You are probably scheduled for a hysteroscopy but please make sure you are clear about what is planned.
