Donot worry : The size of the ovarian cyst is very small ,so I donot want you to worry about it make sure get a repeat us in 6weeks,Regarding polyp you need to see your symptoms,if you are bleeding inbetween the period then you need to get it removed .or otherwise endometrial polyps are benign ,donot worry

My pelvic US showed a simple cyst on ovary & a 0.9x0.3cm echogenic lobulated mass, likely representing endometrial polyp vs. intracavitary fibroid with trace free fluid. Is it possible the polyp is cancerous? My PCP ordered a stat referral gynecology?
