After varicocele surgery conducted when i was 15 years old, complication came out - hydrocele. but after physical therapy some fluid gone, but some remains and it doesnt bother me(no pain). does hydrocele affect puberty, testosterone levels?

No effect of any importance. Hydroceles are either self contained (a simple fluid collection) or connect with the inside of the abdomen where they can vary some in size. Consider it just another body cavity that does nothing but sit there.

Hydroceles do not affect puberty or testerone levels.
