I'm having urethral pain when i urinate; i don't have sex but i did masturbate the other night and that's when my pain started. should i see a doctor about getting a uti test?

If the pain sorted immediately after masturbation, it could just be irritation from that act. If it resolves on its own, within a short period of time, probably no follow-up is necessary. If the symptoms do not resolve promptly come out however, you should see your doctor for evaluation. Good luck.
