Irritation: Can cause some injury/irritation to urethra by vigorous masturbation esp with clitoral stimulation. Did you use lubricant which might have cause local irritation? Also possible cause. If symptoms persist more than a week, need urology evaluation and possible cystoscopy (look into urethra and bladder with fiberoptic scope) to try and determine cause. Hope this was helpful.
