A couple days ago i gave oral sex to a man, i now have some red dots on the back of my throat and also difficulty swallowing as well as a blocked nose, however im not sure if the blocked nose is a timing coincidence . is this step throat or bruising?

Proper diagnosis would require an exam, and testing. Oral gonorrhea, strep, or incidental common virus are all possibilities. The blocked nose may go better with a common upper respiratory/throat virus, but without testing the cause is unknown.
