Allergies most lokel: Unless this an acute problem associated with fever, coloured mucous, pain! Sneezing and itching of your nose are commonly seen wilt allergic reactions to environmental factors! Can try some simple things such as antihistamines and expectorants! If symptoms persist seek medical attention! Throat problem us usually caused in this circumstance by post nasal drainage of mucus

Post nasal drip: Looks like post nasal drip, try allegra and nasacort (triamcinolone) spray over the counter. If you sleep with your mouth open due to congestion your throat will hurt.

and try to find out if you have allergies that may be triggering these symptoms. If you are able to avoid the triggers ( such as pollen, pet dander, dust etc) , your symptoms should decrease or improve
