3 days ago, i briefly gave oral sex to a man i am no longer in contact with. he did not ejaculate. today, i have reddish/yellow bumps on the back of my throats and red veins are very visible. it does not hurt to swallow it i can feel the bumps.

Gonorrhea? Herpes??: Probably a coincidence; I doubt your symptoms are from the oral sex event. Only two STDs can cause symptoms in 3 days, herpes and gonorrhea. Herpes would be highly painful, so very unlikely. But maybe gonorrhea, which in the throat usually causes few if any symptoms. Ask your partner about symptoms; if gonorrhea, probably will have discharge & painful urination. Either way, play safe, get tested.
