Oral gonorrhea is fairly common, but at any point in time probably present in under one in a thousand random persons. When present, oral gonorrhea is transmitted only by oral sex or, perhaps occasionally, by open-mouth (sexual) kissing. It is never transmitted by shared cups, cigarets, or other non-intimate personal contact.
