Ive been experiencing pain in left testicle and i feel something swollen on the tube or i dont know what its called. its above the testicle not on it. and its hurts sometimes especially when im sexually aroused. it goes away and comes somtime?

It sounds like you may have epididymitis, an infection that generally requires but is easily treated with antibiotics. You need a testicular ultrasound to diagnose and rule out rare but more serious problems. With the holiday weekend upon us, your best bet is to go to an urgent care or emergency department today. You will feel much better if you deal with this now.

The area is called the spermatic cord. You need to be examined by a Urologist to determine the cause. In the meantime wear a Good support underwear.
