It sounds like you may have epididymitis, an infection that generally requires but is easily treated with antibiotics. You need a testicular ultrasound to diagnose and rule out rare but more serious problems. With the holiday weekend upon us, your best bet is to go to an urgent care or emergency department today. You will feel much better if you deal with this now.
