I have a scrotal mass not on the testicles but slightly above the left testicle and its been a month and sometimes both testicles hurt and even my lower abdomen especially after being sexually aroused/active. it is soft but doesnt fluid filled?

from your description sounds like an epidydimal cyst or a spermatocele. Wear a good scrotal support and see a Urologist
