What you describe sounds like you have mild varicocele. Wearing an athletic supporter brief is recommended. You can see an urologist if the condition gets worse and it bothers you or it affects the fertility.

There is no plumbing attached to the testicle. It could be an epidydimal cyst, But pl see a Urologist for prope4r diagnosis for without exam no definite reason can be given. In the meantime wear a good support underwear
