Soft lump not on but slightly above left testicle but doesnt feel like its fluid filled - sometimes both testicles hurt even lower abdomen - duration is one month - lump moves around - pain after sexually aroused sometimes - age 19 cancer?

Difficult to diagnose without exam. But from your description sounds like an epidydimal cyst or spermatocele and not cancer. Best to see a Urologist. in the meantime wear a good supprt underwear. good luck
