Orchitis: Sounds like you may possibly have inflammation in the testicle or the epididymis (small structure behind the testicle where sperm matures). If mild and intermittent, try scrotal support and NSAIDs like Motrin. If worsening, may want to get urine check, scrotal US and exam.
