The sx you described likely has nothing to do with a possibly abnormal kidney function. If I know your BSA by weight and height +/- your race, I can tell if renal function is impaired or not. The fact that urinalysis was negative is a good news. You will likely need a CT of the abdomen and pelvis to see any relationship between kidneys & pelvic symptoms and your PMD can order that during waiting.

Whatever it is it does not sound like cancer. It is not possible to give you a diagnosis without exam. If you keep feeling unwell seek an earlier appt. or go to an urgent care center. good luck.
