Severe urethra burning and just pain, even worse after urinating. all std tests negative, urine cultures negative, urinalysis normal, internal ultrasound normal, pain/burning constantly there in my urethra. feel some pressure in my bladder as well?

You need to see a good Urologist. Your problem could be one of many urethral conditions e. g. prostatitis, urethral stricture . You need a cystoscopy. In the meantime drink water and take OTC Azo. Good luck
