Not cancer: It is very highly unlikely that you have prostate cancer. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion about rest of your symptoms without examining you. If you are overweight, try losing weight for a beginning.

Not likely: based upon your information it seems as though the low back pain and pain running down your leg may be related to the same orthopedic process for which your doctor might order an MRI. Sounds like you have prostatitis which is associated with the burning on ejaculation and urination. Check with your family doctor about this.which might require antibiotics

Check for torsion: Although uncommon, testicular torsion (twisting) can be dangerous. Go see a doctor to rule out tumor or twisting of testes.
