The syphilis result is conclusive. The HIV result probably is as well, but RNA testing can miss a small percentage of infections. For truly conclusive result, have an antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation") HIV blood test at 6+ weeks.

For HIV, to be sure, get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure.
