The syphilis result is conclusive. The HIV result probably is as well, but RNA testing can miss a small percentage of infections. For truly conclusive result, have an antigen-antibody (AgAb, "4th generation") HIV blood test at 6+ weeks.

For HIV, to be sure, get a HIV nucleic acid test at 6 months after exposure. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
