Assuming this is a thickened wall for your age (I do not know the full details using the normal vales for studies done by your ultra-sonographer) and ethnicity ask urologist what is the most likely cause in women like you.

Your symptoms could be due to concentrated urine. Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless. Try to reduce the amount of spices in your food. Wish you good health!
